Very easy to find cards, usually printed in the 100 000s, sometimes in the millions. These are the type of cards you find in bulk swaps bags and auction lots, and in eBay lots.
Common 11000 - 100000

These cards were widely distributed, and are fairly easy to find in perfect condition.
Uncommon 1100 - 10000

Cards that were minted in a few thousands. These cards were often distributed through collector services, or otherwise were available to collectors from reliable sources.
Rare 500 - 1000

Hard to find cards, usually with a print run of 1000 or fewer cards, and not distributed through collector services.
Very rare 1 - ?

Very hard to find cards whose distribution was restricted in some way, or where much of the batch was damaged, lost, stolen, or simply disappeared. Also included limited-run proofs and rare batch numbers. Mintage usually less than 1000. See a list of the rarest Australian phonecards.
